Hi There Karena!
Recently I've been on this fantastic journey of self-care, and one of the items on my list is to consistently go to the Chiropractor. Can I be honest...I wish I had known to do this years ago. I'm beginning to feel that it's almost addictive. I feel sooooo much better and can discern when an issue is about to arise in my body or tell where it stemmed from. Talk about taking back my power!
I'm sharing this because I want to encourage you to think outside of the box regarding self-care. What can you add to your daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly routine specific to your well-being? Think it over, and then take action! Be selfish with your self-care!

Here's a quick - 2 minutes to be exact - way to simply be still. Click the link below to do a two-minute calming exercise. Here's the thing...if you move your mouse before the two minutes is up then you have to start over. You'd be surprised at how difficult it can be in this distraction immersed world that we live in to do nothing for two short minutes. Try it and reply back to me about how it went for you.
